Because these products are custom made to order, we’re not obliged to accept returns in the same way we are with standard off-the-shelf items.

 

That said, we’re always fair – if there’s an issue, we’ll do what we can to help. Just drop us a message and we’ll see what we can do.

All of our custom products are made right here in the UK, which means top quality craftsmanship, but it also means they can take slightly longer to ship than our standard stock lines.


We aim to dispatch most custom orders within 2–3 working days, but if you’re on a tight schedule, just get in touch – we’ll always do our best to fast-track where possible.
